We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations:

• 24+ hours notice: No fee

• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the session fee may be charged

• No-shows: Full session fee may apply

Refunds:

Because our sessions are time-based and customized, we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered.

If you’re not satisfied with your experience, please reach out — we’re happy to talk through it and make it right where possible.

Package purchases are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person upon request.
